Back in 2019, I published Coco Coir for Growing Marijuana. Still to this day, it holds its grounds. Coco is great as it provides ideal aeration for the roots of cannabis plants. Coco coir for weed growing is also beneficial as it retains moisture and dries out nicely making sure the roots aren't suspended in soggy soil for too long.
